“The hotel should definitely need a renovation internally, but the quality of the sevice is very good, the staff is very friendly and the location is good if you go to jakarta for work (out of the central area close to the airport and the north industrial area). The breakfast need to be improved and also the machines on the gym”

Ristoranti della struttura molto buoni, se proprio non bastassero ce ne sono di ottimi a brevissima distanza intorno. La colazione migliore che un hotel mi abbia mai messo a disposizione, peraltro. Tornerei a Jakarta solo per soggiornare qui.”

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”
